Art Therapy Magazine Review
We all remember how relaxing it was when we were children and were allowed to color whenever we wanted. We were so proud of our creations. Well now there is Art Therapy and it has become extremely popular. What is Art Therapy? Well you can read the definition at the American Art Therapy Association but essentially it is using art work, the creative process and the results to explore feelings, resolve conflicts, relieve anxiety and reduce stress. In today's world, who couldn't benefit from reduced stress.
The Art Therapy Magazine provides a subscription service that helps you with creativity, positivity and relaxation. It has sections that give you hints and tips for coloring confidence. On the page containing "ten minute mindfulness" it gives you habits you can begin that are good for your well-being. It inspires you to share your artwork with others.

So I received my shipment free to review and I got issues 3 and 4. I received the magazine tidybox. This is such a great idea to keep your magazines organized in one spot.
I received 6 markers and 3 colored pencils with my shipment. You build up your coloring set as you go with high quality coloring supplies.
There was both intense designs with a lot of detail and also some simple designs.
My favorite part was the color by number page.
So bottom line, IMHO these could be very useful as a way to calm down, de-stress and take your mind off of your problems. The price is very reasonable as well. My biggest problem is going to be keeping them from my granddaughter who already said " Oh, I like that!"
They only con I have for this product is that they don't provide the gel pens with the first order so that you have all of the colors needed to do the color by number. I would suggest that you supplement with your own set of markers or color pencils if you prefer from the beginning.
Otherwise, yes I could recommend this. In many hospitals they use art therapy with their patients. Why not enjoy the benefits in your own home. You don't have to have a mental illness to enjoy art therapy but if you do it is certainly worth a try. Anyone could benefit from the Art Therapy Magazines who could use some relaxation in their life. If you would like to purchase the Art Therapy Magazine for yourself please visit their website by clicking this link. Consider what a great gift it would be for that busy person you know that needs to stop and smell the roses. An art loving friend would love a subscription.
